Selection Process

Step 1: Submit Application

Step 2: Application Review
Our team reviews all applications within 3–5 business days and shortlists candidates based on academic background, skills, and cover message.
Step 3: Online Interview
Shortlisted candidates are called for a brief online interview (15–30 min) to assess communication, attitude, and domain interest.
Step 4: Offer Letter
Selected candidates receive an official offer letter via email with onboarding details and joining instructions.
Step 5: Internship + Certificate
Work on live projects, grow your skills, and receive your official internship completion certificate from Lennox Software.
