- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Self-motivated, action and results-oriented.
- Zeal to learn new technologies and demonstrate skills using previous projects is a definite plus.
- Strong programming concepts in at least one language: C/C++/Java/Python/PHP.
- Ability to analyze dynamic software requirements, code cleanly, and debug application pipelines.

- Understand client software requirements and translate business concerns into clear project requirements.
- Good communication, verbal presentation, and email written skills are required.
- Knowledge of IT service scopes (Web, Mobile, Cloud, AI integration) is a definite advantage.

- Execute manual and automated test protocols to isolate code bottlenecks and security concerns.
- Prepare clear QA test scripts, define validation checklists, and debug system outputs under Agile modules.
- Strong understanding of SDLC principles, code integration pipelines, and validation tools.
