Global Solutions Engineer (Middle East & EMEA)

Serve as trusted technical advisor for enterprise clients across the UAE and GCC, designing bespoke software architectures and digital transformation roadmaps.

Role Overview & Mission

Represent Lennox Software in the Middle East. Based out of Dubai Internet City, you will engage with government entities, financial institutions, and fast-growing enterprises across the GCC. You will architect technical solutions, lead proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and bridge client business requirements with our global engineering delivery centers.

Primary Tech Stack & Tools

What You'll Do & Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and architectural workshops with enterprise clients across UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar.
• Design end-to-end software integration architectures for ERP, fintech, and AI automation systems.
• Build rapid proof-of-concept (PoC) demonstrations to validate technical feasibility.
• Act as technical liaison between overseas clients and delivery squads in India.
• Ensure technical compliance with local regional regulations (UAE Data Protection Law, SAMA guidelines).

Requirements & Qualifications

• 4+ years of software engineering or solutions architecture experience.
• Deep understanding of web, mobile, cloud architectures, and API security.
• Polished presentation, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication abilities.
• Valid UAE residence visa or eligibility to relocate to Dubai.
• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Bonus Skills

• Arabic language proficiency is an added advantage.
• Experience delivering software projects in GCC banking or government sectors.
