Role Overview & Mission

As Senior Frontend Developer in Chennai, you will lead the user interface engineering for next-generation web applications. You will create reusable component libraries, implement server-side rendering (SSR), optimize Core Web Vitals to achieve 95+ Google Lighthouse scores, and delight users with smooth micro-interactions.

Primary Tech Stack & Tools

What You'll Do & Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, accessible, and performant web interfaces using React 18, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Build reusable UI design systems and component libraries aligned with Figma specifications.
• Optimize page load speeds, lazy-loading, code-splitting, and asset bundling for maximum performance.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility, WCAG 2.1 accessibility compliance, and mobile responsiveness.
• Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs with optimistic UI updates and robust error handling.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3+ years of intensive web frontend engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in React.js, Next.js (App Router), TypeScript, and modern CSS/Tailwind.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve top Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS, INP).
• Experience with state management libraries like Zustand, Redux Toolkit, or React Query (TanStack).
• Strong eye for UI/UX detail and clean code practices.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Bonus Skills

• Experience with Framer Motion, GSAP, or Three.js for interactive animations.
• Knowledge of frontend testing with Jest, Vitest, and Playwright.
