As Staff Systems Architect in our Bengaluru flagship innovation lab, you will set engineering benchmarks for performance, security, and scalability. You will advise engineering directors, design fault-tolerant distributed systems capable of handling billions of monthly requests, and resolve our most complex technical bottlenecks.

What You'll Do & Key Responsibilities

Define the end-to-end technical roadmap and software architecture for distributed enterprise products.

Conduct architectural reviews, identify scalability bottlenecks, and implement high-availability solutions.

Champion modern engineering practices, DDD (Domain-Driven Design), and event-driven architectures.

Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies (AI integrations, streaming pipelines, serverless paradigms).

Represent Lennox Software at key technology forums and mentor principal and senior engineers.
Requirements & Qualifications

8+ years of deep software engineering experience with at least 3 years in a systems architect role.

Deep expertise in distributed system design, multi-region replication, and CAP theorem trade-offs.

Proven experience architecting systems that scale past tens of thousands of concurrent users.

Mastery of relational and NoSQL databases, message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ), and cloud services.

Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and technical documentation abilities.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Bonus Skills

Experience scaling multi-tenant B2B enterprise software platforms.
